Privacy policy

1. Controller M&S Entertainment GmbH, Deningerstraße 6, 65510 Idstein, Germany. Contact: info@onevision-tribute.com, +49 6126 9282677.

2. Hosting and CMS access This website is hosted on a server managed by M&S Entertainment. Technical data such as your IP address, time of access, requested address and browser information are processed to deliver the website and maintain security. CMS access uses a separate account with a hashed password and a technically necessary session cookie. Sessions expire after eight hours and are revoked when you sign out.

3. Contact If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f). We retain your details only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and comply with statutory retention requirements.

4. Consent and local storage Your selected cookie settings are stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Necessary settings provide the functions you request. Analytics and advertising cookies, as well as personalised advertising, remain disabled until you give consent. The processes described below apply to the early loading of libraries, cookieless measurement signals and videos. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. The legal bases for consent-based services are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.

5. Optional Google services If enabled by the operator, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads may be used. The provider in Europe is Google Ireland Limited. Data collected may include page and project views, clicks on ticket links, clicks on contact links and media views. Form entries, email addresses and names are not transmitted as event parameters. A click through to the ticket shop is not a confirmed purchase. Google may process data in third countries, particularly the USA. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Videos and external links YouTube videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com: the background video starts automatically, while other videos start when you click their respective previews. Playback is independent of consent to advertising cookies. Data may also be transmitted to Google in this process. Locally stored photos and videos are loaded directly from this website. When you open Instagram, Facebook or ticket shops, their respective privacy policies apply.

7. Your rights To the extent provided by law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. For enquiries, please contact info@onevision-tribute.com. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Your cookie choice is stored locally on your device for up to 180 days, together with the time and version of the consent information. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings”. When the cookie banner is disabled, the integrated Google and Meta services are blocked. Video playback is independent of this. Google Consent Mode v2 initially uses denied. In Basic mode, Google tags load after consent; in Advanced mode, they load beforehand with limited cookieless measurement. The status is updated after you make your choice. The services actually enabled are decisive; additional integrations must be described here before they are activated.

Optional Meta Pixel: If the operator enables it and you consent to advertising, the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may record page views and selected interactions, such as clicks on ticket and contact links. This may involve processing online identifiers, browser data and the address visited, and using the cookies _fbp or _fbc. Data may also be processed in the USA. If preloading is enabled, the Meta library is loaded before your choice with the status revoke. The pixel is initialised and events are sent only after you consent to advertising. You can withdraw consent in the cookie settings. Further information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. A click on a ticket link is not reported as a purchase.

Google may send limited cookieless measurement signals before you make your choice. Advertising cookies and personalised advertising remain blocked until you consent.

If Meta Pixel is configured, its library may load before you make your choice. This establishes a connection to Meta. Pixel events are sent only after you consent to advertising.

The background video is loaded automatically from YouTube. This establishes a connection to YouTube as soon as you open the page. Starting playback loads YouTube and transmits data to YouTube.
