Right of withdrawal

Under § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for tickets to concerts and other leisure events scheduled for a specific date or period, unless otherwise agreed. The usual 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these tickets. A mere change of mind does not entitle you to return tickets or receive a refund.

Your statutory rights in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or other failure to perform the contract remain unaffected. Whether and how a refund is issued depends on the individual case and the applicable statutory and contractual provisions.
